Admittedly I'm not a customer but my next door neighbour had them round 3-4 weeks ago, the lads that did the work (which they weren't happy with) decided to pour the left over self leveling concrete/flooring or what ever it is down the main drain on the street outside our house, which has been blocked by the looks of it because it's been full of white water ever since and there is set concrete all over the man hole grid....can only wonder what standard they actually work too in your house if this is the way they go about thi... read more
Behave used Ross Hughes a few years ago so knew we wanted to use them for my parents moving to the area. Fantastic service from start to finish. Adrian was so accommodating. Flooring and carpets look lovely. Thank you to all the team. We will be using them when our Flooring needs redoing

Bought our carpet from Ross Hughes having used them twice before and been pleased with their work and wanted the carpet upstairs to match the carpet they’d fitted downstairs. Not sure what went wrong this time?! Left the fitters at the house as we where confident in their work however the job was pretty poor… having been advised to decorate before hand we came home to one room covered in scuffed and damaged skirting and even half way up the walls.
