Merry Christmas Ross Home :-)
My mother was a resident in the Dementia unit for a few months in 2021. While some of the staff were wonderful I have nothing else positive to say sadly. Apart from the rooms being very drab the whole unit had such a disgusting smell it was hard not to gag. Mum often looked uncared for, with lank dirty hair and bare feet. There obviously weren’t enough staff to cope. I had the misfortune to be verbally abused by the manager of Ross Home. My mother lived here. The care was superb. They supported me too when i traveled from Austrslia to visit with my mother. The food was delicious and the flat for family was comfotable and very handy. The garden is a delight and the environment warm welcoming and homely. Thank you all at Ross Home.
