Ross's work on one rifle and one pistol of mine was to say the least poor... The rifle need to have the barrel set back and chambered, Don told me that it was done (only after I called since he just doesn't bother to call you if its done). Paid him more than his quote, took it home tried it and it was just as I had taken it to him with the exception he had dinged the stock in 2 places. Took it back again I had to call and it was done. Don has worked on many of my guns , all of which were returned to me promptly , at a very reasonable cost , and each was much better than factory condition ; thanks to his expert gunsmithing ! Don recently completed some custom work on my Browning High Power pistol and the end result was better than any work that I have ever had done on any gun ; I am 68 years old and have had dealings with many gunsmiths ! Don Ross is , in my opinion, the best , most conscientious gunsmith in the Reno area ! If you are looking for knowledge , experience and care to work on your favorite firearm ----you have found one of the best ! Don has never failed to return my firearms in a much better than factory condition. Usually he has to correct the factory errors and does so quite professionally............. Suffice to say that Don can and will do a superior job on whatever firearm you may entrust to him !
Ross Gunsmithing has worked on an older Beretta for me, and the precision machining I had done brought my weapon back to perfect operating state! EXCELLENTLY priced and perfect customer service!
