If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place I haven’t ever dealt with, especially from the service department. They take advantage of people who they think are vulnerable. I feel like I get treated like I am dumb, I went in for a service, they charged me to look at a particular part just to tell me they couldn’t fix it, fine whatever I paid. Service terrible!! Was taken out for a test drive, the bloke didn't like my questions so turned around and drove back to the car yard, whereby he went into the show room ranting. Another bloke came out and got in the vehicle, I asked who he was and he told me his name in a manner that I should have known who he was, Ross Gray, he wasn't much better. I ending up purchasing the vehicle and was asked by the salesman what rating would I give him out of 10. I found him very good and gave him a mark 8 /10, which I thought was a go... read more

Worst service department of any new car dealership I've dealt with. They bullshit you and make you wait around, forever. I would rather swallow a hammer than go back to these guys. I bought a new car from them, but never again.
