Worst service department of any new car dealership I've dealt with. They bullshit you and make you wait around, forever. I would rather swallow a hammer than go back to these guys. I bought a new car from them, but never again.
Staff do a great job despite the delays due to late people, aggressive customers, and sick people
I purchased a Chevrolet 2500 from Ross Gray in March 2021. While the initial sales experience was satisfactory, the subsequent service department performance has been consistently inadequate. The service department has failed to complete scheduled maintenance within promised timeframes on multiple occasions. No worth a star as we were extremely disappointed with the experience — or more accurately, the complete lack of service. I booked a vehicle service online and received a confirmation email with the date and time, which I presented today. After travelling a 300km round trip from Gayndah, I was told the booking wasn’t in the system and that you wouldn’t be able to service our vehicle today.
