Staff do a great job despite the delays due to late people, aggressive customers, and sick people
I purchased a Chevrolet 2500 from Ross Gray in March 2021. While the initial sales experience was satisfactory, the subsequent service department performance has been consistently inadequate. The service department has failed to complete scheduled maintenance within promised timeframes on multiple occasions. No worth a star as we were extremely disappointed with the experience — or more accurately, the complete lack of service. I booked a vehicle service online and received a confirmation email with the date and time, which I presented today. After travelling a 300km round trip from Gayndah, I was told the booking wasn’t in the system and that you wouldn’t be able to service our vehicle today. Was told to make sure the car was here before 1 pm , 12 would be better, I come back and the car hasn't moved by 2.15 pm, what a waste of my time, nothing has been done and two people walk out saying bad things about their service.
it is not even worth to give any star here for the review from the bad experience I had in this place. very bad customer service, my first time for the car service here and it will be the last time too.
