Service terrible!! Was taken out for a test drive, the bloke didn't like my questions so turned around and drove back to the car yard, whereby he went into the show room ranting. Another bloke came out and got in the vehicle, I asked who he was and he told me his name in a manner that I should have known who he was, Ross Gray, he wasn't much better. Worst service department of any new car dealership I've dealt with. They bullshit you and make you wait around, forever. I would rather swallow a hammer than go back to these guys. I bought a new car from them, but never again.

I purchased a Chevrolet 2500 from Ross Gray in March 2021. While the initial sales experience was satisfactory, the subsequent service department performance has been consistently inadequate. The service department has failed to complete scheduled maintenance within promised timeframes on multiple occasions.
