Great customer service. Third time using these guys . Have helped me with sliding door locks car key replacement from code and helping with ignition repairs . Really stoked with today's visit guy went over and beyond to get my car ignition lock going. Don't know your name but thank you. Can get my wof now.
Guy at the counter was very standoffish. Wanted a supplied blank cut for our vehicle and wouldn't do it, and was rather rude about it as well. Claimed wrong key ect ect. Went elsewhere and they happily cut the blank, no issues. And it works perfectly
Good service and knowledge
Amazing service, I wanted a lever handle spring repaired or replaced. This was not possible, owing to the type of lock. However, an old spring was inserted to tighten up the lever. Payment was refused because it was a second-hand part and minimal time involved. Good old-fashioned service and skilled staff, such a change from the new normal of throw it away and bye a new one. Thanks guys, for such great service. 👍👍
Went in not long before they closed on a Saturday and didn’t expect my car locks and ignition to be matched and new key cut until during the week. It was done quickly and at a good price, half of what I was quoted elsewhere. Really impressed and definitely will recommend to others.
