On time, professional. Excellent hygienist completed the X-rays and cleaning. Dentist provided new insights into my gum recession and how to keep it from progressing.
I highly recommend Dr.Fredrickson and her staff to anyone in need of dental services. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous! Excellent facility and superb professionalism exhibited by everyone in the office.
They took me in immediately, and I had a good cleaning. after Dr. Fredrickson came in and did the exam. We talked about a future plan for some upcoming work. it was all good! I like that she owns the business and not some corporation that is forcing her to push uneeded services on me. It was a very good experience!
Searching for a new dentist is a daunting task and I am delighted at where I’ve landed! Ross and Fredrickson’s staff are very skilled, welcoming and patient focused. Don’t even second guess another group.
