I have continually been seeing Ross for nearly two decades. Ross is a consummate professional who tailors his treatments to the individual. As an example, prior to him, my treatments would elicit comments afterwards from my colleagues at work on my highly manicured eyebrows (it looked quite obvious and embarrassing). In me Ross has achieved a masculine but stylish look where people can see a difference but can't actually put their finger on what that is. I've been having the odd facial for more decades than I care to think about, and Ross Fairhurst has to be the best ever for a thorough and careful Guinot facial. No tricks, no fancy machines, just expertise ands experience. And his make up lessons are amazing. Transformational!
