Thorough and polite, and everything was explained well and in a way that i understood.
The Ross Eye Institute was an exceptional experience. All eye medical exams were met and completed. A friendly and helpful staff. Even helped when one of the machines was not working properly. Dr. Singh was great. Explained everything and answered all questions asked of him. Helped explain what was needed in the future. Helped set up the next appointment with the retina specialist. Highly recommend this place.
Dr. Gautum is good, but MY GOD the sense of entitlement. It doesn’t matter what time your appointment is scheduled for, she WILL be late—and not just by a few minutes, either .
