Dr Gautam is very skilled and very engaged with listening and answering all questions. I feel in excellent hands under her thorough and compassionate care.
My appointment yesterday in Amherst was handled efficiently and effectively with a good explanation of my situation and the path moving forward for continuing my care. EDIT: I wanted to add that the front office person, working alone, that handled my check in and check out was exceptional. The way she handled other people that had other than straightforward situations was terrific. Did not get her name but this was the first time I’ve seen her in the office. My experience with the doctor was great for my almost 3 year old. Only negative thing was the wait. My appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen until almost 2pm.
So far I’m impressed with my entire visit today, Dr Reynolds Jr was very helpful, I hope he is right, I will no more in a month.
