I have been trying to make an appointment for my sister for almost 3 weeks. Calling everyday and be on hold for an hour yet nobody would pick up. I came in person yesterday trying to make the appointment, the lady said that my sister had to come or her guardian and I explained to her that my mother doesn’t speak English and my sister is Autistic and she’s very active and it would be hard to do so. If I could give ZERO STARS here I would. Chronic problem when calling. On hold for excessive time (greater the 60 minutes most times). No one with medical knowledge calls back, makes an appointment, asks for pictures or performs a consultation. They leave it to the call center staff to tell you to use a warm compress and call back AFTER THE WEEKEND. No escalation names, phone numbers or emails available. (Thank you Draven for your professionalism.)

They dropped a patient saying they don't their insurance, but it's cause they been having the patient see an optometrist and billing the vision insurance. Though the patient specifically asked for opthomoligy due to the fact that patient is diabetic. And they can easily bill Medicare for it, not the vision insurance. This is how they keep income even though they don't provide an ophthalmologist and are forced to bill the vision insurance since medicare would only cover opthomology services.
