Love to go every week to see what is new
Nastiest Ross I have ever been to. The dressing rooms smell like pee and feet. The bathrooms stink and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years.
Very disappointed with my experience at Ross. I found a black LED mirror that I wanted to gift my daughter, who is just starting her own business. I carried it from the back of the store and asked an employee to hold it at the front while I finished shopping, and they agreed. When I went to pay, they had already sold it to another customer. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. What’s the point of asking staff to hold an item if they’re just going to give it away? This completely ruined the experience.
