This is the nicest Ross store I've ever been to. You can tell that the manager is excellent because everything is always clean and organized and the employees are professional and helpful.
Pretty sure that meeting they were having mid day in the store at the busiest time on a Saturday must have really been important I said excuse me to get through and this worker was so rude and dismissive Felt super racist looked at me like im a peasant
I came at 9pm and two girls with glasses were very rude telling shoppers to hurry up I was getting a toy for my son and he was playing with and she yielded at him he is a 8yr old w Austist this is just not right… one younger girl w glasses and black she refused to give me her name. Just upset that customer service is not the same.
