I believe surveys are important but this one is way too long. This is why I stopped answering it twice and only completed it because you continued to bother me about it. You are asking too much and duplicate information.
Dr. Podell has been our primary for a number of years and we are very happy with him, the people in his office, and the quality of care we are getting. Regarding both our regular check-ups and the (thankfully only) occasional emergency, he's been very responsive and helpful (not to mention knowledgeable). He seems genuinely interested and invested in our well-being and that is why we trust him.
Dr Podell and his entire team are so warm and welcoming. He's patient and knowledgeable, listens, and has an interactive process for care. Wonderful experience, not rushed or dismissive.
Fabulous DR and staff. Goes well above and beyond what any other doctor has done for me. My sons moved over to him from pediatrician and love him too. He has great insight and sizes up people quickly (very intuitive). Very patient and kind. Explains everything in detail and answers all questions. I never feel rushed out of the office.
