I’ve never experienced a more terrible drs office. I made the appt for 2pm. I got there just before 2 to be told the appt I had scheduled for my 84 year old mom was at 1:30. I was devastated as I knew I was told 2pm. I have to drive 40 mins to pick my mom up in the fort and bring her to appts as well as take the time off work to do so. They did squeeze us in which I thankful for! The receptionist had told me she called the day before to confirm but the numbers she had were wrong. Brutal! Had my mammogram done and it was fast. The staff were fantastic considering I had to have it done
It should be zero star. Waste my one day off work just to get to my doctor appointnent and just found out that I booked Friday. When I was talking to the receptionist she said I couldn't book Friday because it's my first appointment with the doctor and later on, I could book any day I wanted. So I checked in and waited for almost an hour and followed up asking, why didn't I get called up yet just to find out that I got booked Friday. ***UPDATE: SATURDAY, AUG 16TH. -CLOSED! THIS CLINIC IS BRUTAL It's Friday night. I googled "walk-in clinics." Ross creek says open until 9pm. It's not easy to get myself to the clinic. I get there...... and it's CLOSED. : ( these guys SUCK!
