My father came here for some testing and it’s now been 2 weeks with no results. We’ve called and left messages multiple times and no one picks up the phones either. If you need rapid results just go into the city!
I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for results, they told me they were faxed to my clinic, my clinic has not received them, been calling for last 2 days and will not pick up phone or return messages Horrible service!
A huge shout out to receptionist, Theresa! She was both professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and kind. I had to rebook a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and this made me upset and frustrated. Each time, Theresa was understanding and did an exceptional job of booking (and rebooking) my appointments. Her kind words were appreciated and her professionalism was top notch. She is an asset to the cardiologis as well as to us, the patient.
Staff were understanding and kind.
