A huge shout out to receptionist, Theresa! She was both professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable and kind. I had to rebook a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and this made me upset and frustrated. Each time, Theresa was understanding and did an exceptional job of booking (and rebooking) my appointments. Her kind words were appreciated and her professionalism was top notch. She is an asset to the cardiologis as well as to us, the patient.
Staff were understanding and kind.
So far so good in consult visit to booking Cardio Cath Lab within two weeks, called and booked F/U with him instead of my family doctor as suggested by Cardiologist, Dr. Hui following my cardio angiogram.
