What a group arrogant clowns, they think they're selling something that is that isn't available right underneath your feet. We were on vacation and had an outstanding balance of $51. They turned off the water and then wanted and $201 to reconnect it. They're so lazy they can't even get out of the truck and walk 10 steps into the yard to turn it back on but want 200 bucks to do it. I have always been treated extremely well wether by phone or in person their customer service is awesome great group of people
Possibly the most useless public office in all of Ohio. Getting my water set up was the most difficult task of my entire life. Every time I went to the agency people were just sitting around on their asses. Time got away from me and I forgot to pay my bill through the holiday season (don't use a lot of water on the farm in the winter months). Kinda out of sight out of mind.
