The last two bills have been since you've changed your system. I have problems finding it and getting in and when I do get to look at my bill it does not show all the information the old bills used to like how much I've used and that kind of stuff. I wish you had a app or someway of looking more into my bill to see the information that I used to see. Now I'm trying to call you guys and all I get is a busy signal. How do I find out how much I use this past month when you don't answer your phones?
I don't have no problems with ross county fairgrounds water company at all
Been without water for going on 12hrs And the best answer they can give me, is there's a pretty good leak covering a pretty good area someone is working on it but they don't know how long it's gonna take
If you have to get Ross county water be prepared to have your water shut off atleast once a month randomly.
