They need to take the word rehabilitation out of the equation period. Y’all make people worse than when they went in. Might as well let the inmates and guards mesh together there ain’t no difference they’re as corrupt or more corrupt then the inmates. Ross needs to crack down on the C.Os bringing drugs in to the institution.you all know it goes on.its b.s .that its ok for it to be brought in by your employees to sell to the inmates ( and that involves someone on the outs).and then they get punished for buying them .Now u tell me whatz wrong with this picture?.how are they suppose to rehabilitate? There are so many drugs in your institution that' you should be shamed for working there..So do something about this big problem.
