I was involved in an accident cause by one of their reckless dump truck drivers, Steven Stull, who was sporadically weaving in and out of morning traffic. Despite admitting to hearing my honking, steven still collided with my car. It then took ONE WEEK and multiple calls to the insurance agency and Ross’ office before steven even gave a statement!
