I just sent this note to Robert Ross and want to share it here: Hi Robert- In the middle of the summer, on a super-hot day, our A/C is working well and I appreciate it. I want to take a moment to thank you. With our previous company, we had many breakdowns and costly repairs. We also lost guests due to the hot temps in the restaurant. Our other purveyor said that our system was poorly designed.
