Like many of these reviews I spoke with KAREN, whose name probably isn’t even Karen and was met w combativeness, harsh tones, and an overall lack of knowledge. i called Ross because the property manager was no help, just to be met w an even more rude and careless employee. ROSS, do BETTER. Get someone else at that front desk because KAREN isn’t it and between her and Park Terraces property manager TIFFANY, I am continuing my search elsewhere.

Ross Management really need to do more customer service training. I just called the corporate off and spoke with "Karen: I think she was not be truthful about her name. I called regarding a community that they manage the master association of. My concern was that I have called and emailed the "manager of a particular association" over 10 times with no response. I live in Parkland Village (Ross). My A/C has not been working properly for over 3 weeks. I have 2 grandchildren here and the heat is making them lethargic. I'm starting to get headaches and sinus issues. I've called, submitted online request, and gone to the leasing and it still is not working. I definitely would not recommend renting from this company.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. My boyfriend and I have been tormented since we moved here due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. Broken heat all winter that got us sick. We have broken air conditioning and has yet to be fixed. Our dog and us are literally getting ill due to the temperature and my work equipment is overheating. They ignore maintenance requests, and I even wrote a letter to the corporate office (4-pages worth of complaints of what all we have gone through) and they completely ignored it. We... read more
