This place is a scam, I found out my cleaning company was stealing my jewelry, I searched all pawn shops and jewelers around the local area, come to find out my wife's engagement ring was here and they are trying to sell it back to me! They have a bunch of crooks working for them and the police are looking into this. They will be shut down soon.
