I was blown away by Ross Restoration. From consult through completion - I felt considered, reassured, & supported in each step of the way. Adam went above and beyond with his educational support and recommendations as the process unfolded. I can't recommend his team enough!
Excellent service, rapid response. Entire team is polite, neat and professional. They were very careful as they had to move many storage boxes and shelving units around in our basement after we had water damage from a failed sump pump. Also very careful as they moved equipment in and out of our home. Adam came by every day to monitor the humidity levels until problem was resolved. Great attention to detail saved us from much worse damage

Expertise, professionalism and promptness....describes this company perfectly. They did some mold remediation and cleaning in our home. All I can say is that my wife thought the were the best contractors we have ever hired for any reason and I would thoroughly agree......Would hire them again in a second if we ever need the services again.
They did a great job! The owner, Adam Ross, was very nice and was someone I felt comfortable with being inside my house. Oh, and the company has changed it's name to Ross Rogers now, adding on HVAC services.
This company is the first cleaning company I have used that cleaned the carpet and has stayed clean for over 3 months. Past companies I have used, come in, clean the carpet, looks good for a couple weeks, then the dirt and wear comes back. Not with Ross Carpet. Highly recommend. And affordable too.
