The Dr. there didn't even TRY to help me. Just told me to go to the ER. I did not go to to the ER. I ended up having the flu, which these people had the tools to identify and prescribe meds for. Complete waste of time and money. Also, they had no record of me being there just 3 months earlier. Don't bother...
Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. My daughter went there for her sports physical and had Dr. Gerarda Lascaze, who was awesome! It is VERY clear that she cares about her patients. It was my daughter's 1st time seeing her and she treated her like she was her own daughter. She was truly interested in everything we told her. Love! Love! Love! Highly recommend her and Urgent Care USA!
This place has Always been our go to when sick. The staff is pleasant and so are the Drs & Nurses.
Everyone was extremely rude and unfriendly. Definitely do not recommend.
