Does this company ever,ever EVER answer their customers telephone calls. I note similar experiences by others . Perhaps WBC cheapest isn't always rhe best!
I had an engineer come out and fix my brake handle on my wheel chair, upon this visit he took my loops off the wheelchair for no reason that helps me put wheelchair in the roof box. I spoke with a manager called Laura who asked the engineer if he took these off which he has denied. I need these straps to get to work as I have becker muscular dystrophy and cannot put the wheelchair in the roofbox. Everytime these are replacing something on my dad's electric wheelchair, they always mess it up. Supposed to replace a battery on it today which they did with a faulty battery. Within 5 minutes of it being fully charged the battery has gone to below half already. Looking at other reviews I'm appalled. Cowboy company.
