I called for an appointment today, my mother wants to change her doctor for transportation reasons, one of the clerk named jacky ask me to come in person to fill out a release medical form to transfer her records, after I went there they change their mind and the other front desk, in a very unprofessional and rude way tell me that I have to go to her doctor's office and ask for the medical records by my own and only when they receive everything going to give the appointment.
