Ezra has been great. He has met all our expectations. He did all things in the house he said he would and was very accommodating to the few changes we have requested. If anything has come up as an issue he immediately responds and gets someone out to fix it if needed. He and his team have great taste and we get many compliments on the layout and interior design choices. We would both purchase a home built by him again or use him to help design one if needed.

Ezra Ross and his crew will do everything they can to rip you off. In my experience buying a new build home from Ross Built Homes, Ezra has continually used the cheapest materials and then passes them off as higher quality, he cuts any corners he can-at the expense of the client-, he will leave out any contractually agreed upon features that will increase his profit margin, he provides horrible workmanship-to the point of warranties not covered for items such as windows and doors. Ezra and his team are too-notch. Having worked for a production home-builder, it is amazing to see the quality and craftsmanship that went into what they considered a production home. They were the builders for our first home in 2017 and we were so happy and satisfied, that we engaged them to possibly build a custom home for us in 2021. Unfortunately, life had other plans for us and we relocated out of state. Ezra Ross was great to work with! We are so happy withour newly remodeled home. We not only completely remodeled the kitchen and all the bathrooms, but added newsquare footage for an in-law suite. He worked well with our architectanytime we uncovered a new remodel "surprise", had amazing employees and had a solid portfolio of subs. We love our newly remodeled home and highly recommend Ezra as a General Contractor.
