Tony had our insurance money to repair our vehicle since May 2023. We stopped in to see what was going on many times the last time being October 2023. He passed away at the end of October 2023. We finally received a call back from his son Tony Ross the attorney just now December 21st 2023. He said there is no money in the estate. We are out $ 4657.00. Tony Ross is AWOL. I have been trying to get my truck repaired and reurned to me for 14 months. He has all my insurance money and no truck. It is not on site any more. Where is it Tony? Brought the issue up with Fairview police, insurance was notified and trying to find a lawyer who wants the to address the issue. Oh, had to buy another vehicle in the mean time and may tell the bank to reposses it. Thanks Tony.
Terrible place my car there for over 5 months Tony the owner very unpleasant person all he keeps saying “it’s not my problem “ he won’t answer his phone or call back
