I’ve used Ross before for my alignment and never had a problem. But yesterday I went and they tried to charge me money for tightening tie rod ends when they weren’t loose. And then refused to admit that they were lying about it. They actually told me that they’re not gonna work on it now. Like I wanna go back there after almost getting ripped off. 🤣🤣 make sure you know what you’re talking about before you come here. Shops like that give honest shops a bad name.
These people know how to take care of their customers, and since I am a senior I certainly do appreciate that. It’s a two for one deal they take care of you and the vehicle. try it you’ll like it. D.K.
Broke a leaf spring on my truck. Scott got the parts and had repaired in just a few days. Very satisfied.
I went there to ask a question and the front desk person was very rude and dismissive. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional. I have literally never been so poorly talked to.
