Just as great as the location on Ann Street. Professional, friendly, and they did me a solid by getting me in and out quickly. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. Cannot recomment them highly enough!
I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the repairs on my car are great. They even had the inside of my car cleaned when I came to pick it up. Would definitely recommend them!
I visited this store on July 11th because it is on the State Farm recommended list. On that day, no technician showed up, but a receptionist took several pictures of my car and then I was allowed to drive back. It has been two weeks since then, but there has been no progress and I have not received an estimate from them. I have called them twice to ask for the estimate, but they always say they are busy and will give it to me soon. I am really disappointed and now I am looking for a new body shop for an estimate. Really kind and honest people. Will absolutely recommend to friends still in the area. They worked really hard for me to try to find a used mirror for my car, and when it wasn't possible (those who need to replace honda fit mirrors know this struggle,) they did everything they could to expedite the process before I had to make a big move across the country.
