The five stars are for Dr B. Unfortunately the secretaries i delt with were very rude for no reason to me today.Joanne was the one I had the displeasure of encountering. His old secretaries were MUCH nicer and courteous. What a shame its the people that have zero people skills take jobs working with the public. I went in there feeling happy and left feeling like I was talked to like a child.
Smart and great bed side manors ! Really listens and takes the time to answer all your questions with care. Grateful to have him as my doctor.
