They are very professional, proficient, and get you taken care of in a very well, timely manner! For any big job that can't or shouldn't be tackled at home think of Ross Auto before anyone else! My husband's car was taken there to see about repair, said it couldn't be repaired. Owner offers to sell him a car he guaranteed to run great for a certain price, plus my husband's car he said he'd junk and an old truck we had that he wanted the motor out of. Checked out car, agree. Drive car home, go back out to start it to leave, car will not start!! 1st red flag.
