I was my mom's direct care worker and she had an 11:45 appointment with Ross. However, I had to go home and clock in at noon for my job and Ross's staff was informed. When I returned about 10 minutes later Ross accused me of not caring about my mom's hearing and was very rude. Ross and her staff are unprofessional people and should be avoided at all cost. In the twenty years my daughter has worn hearing aides this is THE worst experience. Never had to wait over a month to hear back from the Dr and/or receiving hearing aides. Made an appointment had to wait several months to get, we finally get in on June 3rd, it’s now July 7th we still don’t have hearing aides (I’ve called several times, I was promised a phone call weeks ago. Dr. Ross was amazing with my mom’s care, she was patient and caring to all my needs and concerns. Dr. Ross presented every option and then took the time to help make sure my mom was comfortable with her decision. What a comfortable environment with no pressure and even the staff are great!
