This place is a rip! I dropped off four pieces. I would guess aprrox. 250.00 worth. I called and said where is my money and they say your items didn't sell for squat. So you get nothing, we get it all. Be very careful in dropping anything off. Better to give it to goodwill. At least you get a receipt for your taxes.

Awful is an understatement! Don't EVEN bother with these hacks. Brought them approximately 7 seperate items (furntiure, camping gear, etc.) and 22 boxes of good quality auction-ready items. The items came directly from our antique store booth and the boxes were each about beer-box sized, the same size as most of their auction lots. Tap acted like he was doing us a big favor by taking the items and would not take the time for us to explain what the boxes contained. Today, we rec'd a check for the items that Ross Auction sold for us. we were very pleased with the entire process. When Bill Ross first came to our house, he was polite and filled us in on the entire process. Explained the fees, etc. We told him at that time that we would call when we had everything packed up and ready to go. When we called, Sam and Tommy came with the truck. My worst nightmare – Don't Toss it Ross It - Appropriate for an auction company that treats consignments like they are trash. I am from the Midwest and very familiar with the auction process. When my mom passed away I did what one does in the Midwest...call the local auction company to sell the items we could not keep. After getting a ridiculous check I told my parent's neighbors of my disappointment and they told me I was mislead believing these people had done this auction since 1921. Had them pick up my dad's estate. Didn't read the contract till I got my meager part of the proceeds. Wow, what a shocker. Feel like they really should have explained they would get the lions share after they sold Dad's stuff for peanuts. Something missing here! How could they have stayed in business since 1921 treating people like that?

Rude, Disrespectful, Arrogant, & Condesending Had them pick up my dad's estate. Didn't read the contract till I got my meager part of the proceeds. Wow, what a shocker. Feel like they really should have explained they would get the lions share after they sold Dad's stuff for peanuts. Something missing here! How could they have stayed in business since 1921 treating people like that?
