This is the most amazing business. We had refrigerated medication that we needed to ship from Ottawa to Springhill via Purolator, so I called Ross Anderson and had a wee chat. Since they are a Purolator agent, they told me that if I addressed the package to them that they would put it in the fridge until the recipient could pick it up. They took the time to call me in Ontario once it arrived and our son picked it up after work. They are a class act in every respect. Thank you.
