I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY! They now go by another name - Simplified Moving Solutions. We were conned by the brokerage company by the name of Cross Country Moving Group (formerly National Moving Group) in which they made my husband and I to believe they are the moving company when in fact what they did was dispatch the work out to unprofessional movers. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a JOKE and I wouldn't in good conscious want another customer to receive the kind of service we did. The owner, William Ross, is RUDE and has no idea of how to run a business. He specifically said he wouldn't accommodate any of our needs because he was busy watching football. He then said he DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ONE CUSTOMER BECAUSE HE HAD SO MANY!!! REALLY!?!
