Bo doesn't work on minisplits. Jane is lovely to speak with, though I explicitly said I needed work done on my minisplit units, and it wasn't until Bo arrived for a scheduled visit that he told me he doesn't touch them, citing difficulty in finding parts. "Find someone else," he says. Ok :/
I will always call Bo if I have any issues, and after today’s visit, I’m putting reminders to do my check ups. Bc not having AC was not fun, but Bo got me back up super fast. 👏👍❄️
Ross Air Condition and Heating is amazing. They helped us during a super hot time after my wife was recovering from surgery. They showed up quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They beat everyone else's prices and they put up with me, a grumpy disabled veteran during a tough time. We will use them for every future heating and cooling need.
