It is so nice to deal with the staff here. They are excellent
The employees here are always kind and respectful. It is a nice to interact with them each time. This location is one of the best and great because you can go shopping afterward. Unfortunatly I found out they are closing and firing all the employees instead of transferring them. So shame on Flagstar. The 5 star rating is because of those that work there who I will miss. :(
Jesse is very always kind of sweet she always takes care of me. And the other employes are all good. Donna is very Helpful and polite also. This location always puts a smile on my face. There the Best It really sucks that they got rid of there. 2 Best Employees Jesse and Donna. Gonna look for another Bank. They were 5 stars until I heard they got rid of there 2 Best Employees
