All the flagstar banks have no deposits at their ATMs. Even if they have a deposit slot, there is no option for deposits on the screen. What bank does this? Not everyone works 9-5 or have direct deposit. I don't feel like going 25 minutes away to the only flagstar bank that has a deposit in the ATM. Worst practice ever flagstar. Now that you took over, please look into it because it's ridiculous
If I could give this branch zero stars I would. The epitome of poor customer service, rude, and unprofessional. There is no accountability or consistency. It needs to be closed especially the Freeport location. Every person I have dealt with, both at the Freeport branch location and on the phone with their HQ has been completely incompetent! I'm closing my account and never looking back. I wouldn't invest a dime with this company.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to make a deposit & to notify them I was not getting my zelle code to my updated phone number. The first lady was unable to help me and sent me to another useless lady that looked at me like I was stupid. I explained to her my number was updated and that I was not receiving the zelle code to the proper phone number & her solution was telling me "that is the number we have on file" like I didn't already told her that. & talking to me about not receiving enough interest in my savings like T... read more
The tellers are very nice and friendly especially Michelle but she is no longer at that branch used to look forward to go to the bank because of her the male manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable
The Worst saving bank, I stopped by today to open CD account with big check but they didn't even ask us anything poor communication skills, I walk away with my check, shame on you Roslyn Savings Bank.
