I had paperwork regarding a stock fund that needed a medallion signature. In addition to providing this signature, Daniel, the branch manager, was very helpful in explaining what parts of the document (which was very complicated) needed to be filled out. Thank you.
Everyone in New Hyde Park branch on Jericho turnpike is wonderful. Caring ,compassionate and so very helpful I would not bank anywhere else. I don’t know who wrote they were incompetent they are anything but that. Absolutely wonderful staff.
