TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to make a deposit & to notify them I was not getting my zelle code to my updated phone number. The first lady was unable to help me and sent me to another useless lady that looked at me like I was stupid. The tellers are very nice and friendly especially Michelle but she is no longer at that branch used to look forward to go to the bank because of her the male manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable
The Worst saving bank, I stopped by today to open CD account with big check but they didn't even ask us anything poor communication skills, I walk away with my check, shame on you Roslyn Savings Bank.
