My father recently passed and he had a lot of assets at Flagstar. We brought in a death certificate to handle everything for my mom. Well, one of the CDs needed to be renewed - we made an appointment and all to renew it. Well, guess what... you guys LOST THE DEATH CERTIFICATE. How did you do that? Made an appointment last week and they had no record of it. They have a complicated system of confirming with emails that was not mentioned when I made the appointment or in any conversation. They would not see us because someone was going to be going to lunch and the procedure was going to take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. NO CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE BANK!!
