My father recently passed and he had a lot of assets at Flagstar. We brought in a death certificate to handle everything for my mom. Made an appointment last week and they had no record of it. They have a complicated system of confirming with emails that was not mentioned when I made the appointment or in any conversation. They would not see us because someone was going to be going to lunch and the procedure was going to take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. NO CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE BANK!!
