I called asking if they do consultations the lady on the phone said no which is whatever. She gave me a price for electrolysis, which is what I asked for, but then proceed to try to convince me to do Laser instead. Was continuously talking over me while I was trying to express my concerns with Laser. I’ve been doing it at several different facilities over the course of eight years. I’ve been going to Shahnaz for laser hair removal and have had a really good experience. She’s very thorough, professional, and considerate. She takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable during each session, which I appreciate. She also offers good package deals and discounts. Overall, I would recommend her if you’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented!!! Her schedule is also super flexible which works in my favor as someone with a full time job.
