This was an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience that resulted in serious harm to my dog. I initially called this office because my dog needed an abdominal ultrasound. The office staff specifically told me that Dr. Marder could perform it and scheduled me for an appointment later that same day. When I arrived, Dr. Marder informed me that he could not perform an abdominal ultrasound and only knew how to do bladder ultrasounds, which was never disclosed beforehand or I would have gone somewhere else.
