Zéro professionnalisme. Ils n'ont pas de réceptionniste, je suis allée pour le laser fractionné. Lors de mon premier rendez-vous j'ai dû remplir un formulaire mais c'était uniquement en anglais, j'ai demandé s'ils en avaient un en français et il a dit non. Après il n'y a personne pour nettoyer ton visage, ils m'ont donné du savon et j'ai dû le faire (dans les cliniques où je suis allée avant, les esthéticiennes nettoient et préparent le visage avant le laser) puis mon deuxième rdv était prévu à 18h. Very professional treatments with good and long-lasting effect!
I have seen Stanislav 4 times for fraxel laser and I'm very happy with the results. Stanislav is knowledgeable, kind and has also great prices.
