Very rude.. installed inferior garbage disposal when I had a Badger to be replaced.
I contracted this company through my home warranty service. I told them I was a single mom and needed an appointment that was sort of convenient for my job. They gave me from 8 to 11 this morning. I asked when approximately the "tech" would show up all she (the secretary) would say is I was the first appointment. I reiterated my time was important and if they could just give me a heads up that would be great. By 9:30 still no "tech". Didn't fix problem. Made it worse. Go with the reviews, I could say the same things they are saying. I've never written a review before, but thought I better. Buyer beware.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with! They had a guy come out over 4 weeks ago and said we had a vent issue and they did not cover that?. So we replaced it and we still had the same issues. They jerked us around for several weeks and would not send another guy out, so today when I called to follow up they said the tech came out last week and determined that they had to jet the lines.
