Quite friendly and professional
I was called last week to reschedule my daughter's appointment because there was no heat in the building. When rescheduling I was asked if the appointment was for an exam and cleaning (shame on me I guess for assuming the office would know what the appointment was for). I said "I'm not sure, probably." My daughter was scheduled for a cleaning today. I scheduled an appointment in December. While I was driving home in very bad weather, the office called me multiple times, but I couldn’t answer, and they didn’t leave a single voicemail. By the time I got home, the office was closed. To be fair, I forgot to call back the following day. In January, they called again while I was at work and left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled due to an issue with my insurance.
