If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NEVER be returning. I have a very low prescription and did an eye exam for glasses. Was super excited to receive my glasses but the second I put them on my eyes actually hurt. I could see better WITHOUT my glasses than with these cheap glasses. I went back to the office to complain, of course no apology from anyone working there. They told me to reschedule… absolutely not. I would’ve been happier if they put clear glass in my frames than what they gave me.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an Optometrist. I told the Optometrist that I need to see my computer and distance. I also informed them that I wanted progressive lenses. They gave me a prescription with no correction ( plano ) and did not measure the reading portion and sent me on my way. I truly see better without them. I cannot see my computer screen at all and distance is worse with them on. Excellent customer service!! Dr. Sheldon, Kathy and Evie (sp) are all great to deal with. The pre testing with Kathy, the exam with Dr. Sheldon and working with Evie on frame choices and extras was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Rosin Orland Park.
Incompetent and disrespectful. They are not taking any responsibility or accountability for mistakes they are making. Simply go somwhere else.
