4/15/25 Receptionist or service desk whose taking appointments too bad, being not politely to the patient call, clinic will lost the patient, too bad experience, need training to be polite to the persons and hiring to be receptionist needs to be in nice expectation experience not a kind of idiot sounds to the patient. The most immature, incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. They don't follow-up with anything, and couldn't care less about their customers. These reviews above one star are suspect.
I had a 9:30 am appointment at the office that opened at 9. I waited for more than half an hour. My appointment lasted +/- 15 minutes even after explaining I made the appointment because I have some concerns. I expressed them several times and never really received a satisfactory response. just " let's see if the new glasses are better". Also, I wanted an appointment with an ophthalmologist but saw a optometrist.
