Started with Rosen in Berwyn, then my Dr moved to Glen Ellen, then after 20+ yesrs with me he retired. Changed locations to the Niles office and am very pleased with the new Dr's attention to detail.
I had a wonderful experience at The Eye Place. The customer service was outstanding—they saw me the same day and made the visit quick and efficient. I woke up with eye inflammation, and Val was especially helpful, professional, and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I called. I normally use the Northbrook office but they were booked so I used Niles instead. I had my last exam 6 years ago and this office made the whole experience easy, quick, and painless. I was very impressed that they squeezed me in last minute and got me in and out so quickly. No high pressure sales at all!!
AVOID IF YOU ARE SEEKING LASIK THROUGH COUNTYCARE INSURANCE First the positives. The office is very clean, all of the people I interacted with during my exam were professional, and overall the visit ran smoothly. They are a fine office if you are looking for a place to get your annual eye exam, refills on your contacts, or new glasses. They also offer Lasik but I can't speak to that process except as below.
