I never felt so humiliated before... Rosin eye Care were my first doctor's that diagnose my severe eye conditions back in 2020. Upon coming into my appointment today, I was viewed as a never seen before uninsured immigrant... I love the staff at Rosin Eyecare. The staff is very helpful and very kind. They always make me feel at home. The doctors are wonderful. I would never go anywhere else to find eyewear.

Not one doctor available on a Thursday? It is such an incon to make customers drive to Streamwood coming from Algonquin area. At least 1 doctor should be on site.
Although my eye exam was fine the service there is horrible because they are open only one day on Thursday early morning for a few hours. Seriously? I need my glasses adjusted and I work during that time. This is ridiculous.
