The people were nice, especially the last helping you choose the glasses and conducting the pre-test before you see the eye doctor

Wish I could give zero stars. Lady with the thick scar on her neck and the other older woman who adjusts glasses has ruined this business they are as mean as they come. Worst of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terrible, actually.
Once again, Dr. Steven Wigdor and his team, especially Ailia and Yaima, did an amazing job! Dr. Steven Wigdor is the best optometrist, very kind, trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Ailia and Yaima did an outstanding job dealing with my insurance company; they were both extremely diligent and persistent in solving the mistake the insurance company made and at the same time showed empathy and compassion towards me. Truly the best optometrist and staff!
Was told my legal trained service animal Could not go in the exam room with me. I told the tall young man she's a trained legal service animal with US government issued ID he refused us entry so I left. Don't use such people!!
