Beware! My frames were damaged by an employee at Rosin Eye care! Rosin Eye Care is refusing to replace my frames. I was told that I would need to pay out of pocket for a replacement frame. Why is that? I did not damage my own frames. Shame on you Rosin Eye Care! I trusted you with my optical needs, and now I’m left blindsided by Rosin Eye Care.
I am beyond irritated that I showed up for an appointment today which had been canceled. I received a couple calls from before the appointment but the voicemails didn’t indicate that the appointment had been cancelled. At least leave a voicemail with the appropriate information, call me the day of, or send a text message or email like all modern healthcare providers do. Went here years ago, and got the wrong prescription not once, but TWICE!!! I gave the glasses a few weeks before returning them, and to get them back it took 2+ months because supposedly someone forgot to resend them to the lab to get them “fixed”. After going back and forth and growing extremely frustrated that my glasses were taking way longer than expected (needed them for work) they finally arrived only to again be the wrong prescription.
